Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tko9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.
2.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method)
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
2.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may increase if KYC verification or additional review is required.
2.4 Deposit Integrity
Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions may be subject to investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
tko9 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
- ৳6,000 deposited → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000
3.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in total bets required before withdrawal.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus is applicable once per eligible account.
- Whether games played with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
- If any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
- tko9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Program
The tko9 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Users can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. tko9 reserves the right to change VIP tier conditions and will notify users of any such changes.
Fair Play & Anti-Fraud
All games on tko9 are conducted under fair play principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using bots, automation software, or other technical aids.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
- Chargebacks or money laundering.
- Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug.
If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
Responsible Gaming
